Adding property to your Raiz portfolio is straightforward, whether through a Raiz Invest or Raiz Invest Super account:
- For Raiz Invest accounts:
- Choose the “Property” portfolio for a 30% property allocation.
- Alternatively, select a Raiz Plus portfolio to include up to 30% in property.
- For Raiz Invest Super accounts:
- Select either the “Property 10” or “Property 30” portfolios, which offer a 10% or 30% property weighting, respectively.
