Just like you can own a fraction of an ETF in your Raiz portfolio or Raiz Invest Super portfolio, you can own pieces of properties via Superestate, the super fund recently acquired by Raiz that looks to democratise investing in property.
Superestate’s goal is to make property investment a reality for all Aussies, and it does this by enabling its community to invest up to 50% of your super directly into residential property.
This method of ownership means you skip out on some of expenses associated with owning a property, in particular the cost of a mortgage as none of the properties use mortgages to purchase.
