What is a dividend?
As well as the possibilities of gains from the change in value of your investment on the stock market, dividends (or distributions), is money that may be paid by a company back to you, their shareholder, out of its profits.
The underlying stocks of the ETFs which make up your Raiz portfolio pay dividends from time to time. All dividends received by Raiz will be automatically reinvested back into your Raiz account.
