Here’s everything you need to know about this exciting new feature.
What are Automatic Rewards?
Automatic Rewards is a convenient feature within Raiz Rewards that allows you to earn cashback from our brand partners automatically, without needing to click on any tracking links before making a purchase.
How to get Automatic Rewards
To start earning Automatic Rewards, simply link your card or bank account as a Round-Up Account. Ensure these accounts are ticked for monitoring purposes. Once linked, any purchases you make with Raiz Rewards’ partnered retailers will automatically earn you cashback. Be sure to review the Terms & Conditions for each partner, as some may have specific requirements.
Finding eligible brands
To see which brands participate in Automatic Rewards, log in to the Raiz Invest app and navigate to the Rewards section. Click on the Automatic tab to view all eligible brand partners.
Understanding “Inactive” and “Active” Status
In the Automatic tab, “Inactive” indicates that you need to link your cards or Round-Up accounts in the Linked Payment Methods section. Follow the prompts provided to complete the setup. Once your accounts are successfully linked, the brand tiles will show as “Active,” allowing you to shop and earn rewards automatically.
When to expect your Rewards
Your rewards will be automatically tracked, and you should see the investment in your Raiz Invest account within 14 to 100 days from your purchase date, unless specified otherwise by the partner’s Terms & Conditions. All pending and invested rewards can be seen in the Rewards History.
What if rewards aren’t tracked?
If your rewards haven’t been tracked after the specified time, contact support at support@raizinvest.com.au with a screenshot of your bank statement showing the purchase and a copy of the receipt including the date, purchase value, GST, and order ID. Keep in mind, the outcome of the partner investigation will be final and binding.
How can I get Automatic Rewards?
To be eligible for Automatic Rewards:
- Rewards will automatically track when you shop using a payment method connected to an eligible linked Round-Up account and/or cards.
- If the partnered brand is shown as inactive, you need to link your cards and/or Round-Up account in the Linked Payment Methods section on the rewards page. Follow the steps in the Linked Payment Methods section to complete the setup to start using Automatic Rewards.
- Once your eligible cards and/or Round-Up account are successfully linked, you’ll see that the brand tiles are now showing as active, and you can shop with the specific brand partners using your linked cards and/or accounts.
- Pairing a transaction with a coupon/discount code from a third-party rewards program may make you ineligible for Automatic Rewards.
- For each new purchase, ensure your linked Round-Up account and/or cards is active and is being used for the transaction.
