Just like you can own a fraction of an ETF in your Raiz portfolio or Raiz Invest Super portfolio, you can own  a piece of residential property via Superestate, the business recently acquired by Raiz.

Superestate’s goal is to make owning residential property as an investment a reality for all Aussies, and it does this by enabling its community to invest up to 50% of your super directly into residential property investment trust managed by Superestate. This method of ownership means you skip out on some of expenses associated with owning a property, in particular the cost interest on a  mortgage as none of the properties use mortgages to purchase.
