Gains were broad across the market, led by technology,&nbsp;healthcare&nbsp;and consumer-focused companies, while improved global sentiment and a rebound in AI-related stocks provided further support. Corporate activity also remained healthy, with several Australian companies raising capital to fund growth projects and acquisitions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">US markets also moved higher despite ongoing uncertainty around interest rates and inflation. The Nasdaq led the gains, supported by renewed strength in technology stocks, while resilient consumer spending and business investment helped lift confidence in the broader economy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">European shares reached fresh record highs as company earnings remained solid and investors continued to support businesses linked to AI infrastructure and software.
