What are Automatic Rewards?<\/h3>\n

Automatic Rewards is a convenient feature within Raiz Rewards that allows you to earn cashback from our brand partners automatically, without needing to click on any tracking links before making a purchase.<\/p>\n

How to get Automatic Rewards<\/h3>\n

To start earning Automatic Rewards, simply link your card or bank account as a Round-Up Account. Ensure these accounts are ticked for monitoring purposes. Once linked, any purchases you make with Raiz Rewards\u2019 partnered retailers will automatically earn you cashback. Be sure to review the Terms & Conditions for each partner, as some may have specific requirements.<\/p>\n

Finding eligible brands<\/h3>\n

To see which brands participate in Automatic Rewards, log in to the Raiz Invest app and navigate to the Rewards section. Click on the Automatic tab to view all eligible brand partners.<\/p>\n

Understanding “Inactive” and “Active” Status<\/h3>\n

In the Automatic tab, \u201cInactive\u201d indicates that you need to link your cards or Round-Up accounts in the Linked Payment Methods section. Follow the prompts provided\u00a0 to complete the setup. Once your accounts are successfully linked, the brand tiles will show as \u201cActive,\u201d allowing you to shop and earn rewards automatically.<\/p>\n

When to expect your Rewards<\/h3>\n

Your rewards will be automatically tracked, and you should see the investment in your Raiz Invest account within 14 to 100 days from your purchase date, unless specified otherwise by the partner\u2019s Terms & Conditions. All pending and invested rewards can be seen in the Rewards History.<\/p>\n

What if rewards aren\u2019t tracked?<\/h3>\n

If your rewards haven\u2019t been tracked after the specified time, contact support at support@raizinvest.com.au with a screenshot of your bank statement showing the purchase and a copy of the receipt including the date, purchase value, GST, and order ID. Keep in mind, the outcome of the partner investigation will be final and binding.<\/p>\n

How can I get Automatic Rewards?<\/h3>\n

To be eligible for Automatic Rewards:<\/p>\n
